McKinsey Wave Spark™ is a mobile companion to McKinsey Wave™. Wave Spark captures your ideas and associated actions as well as photos for upload to Wave. Once synchronized, your ideas and associated actions can be prioritized, tracked and the operational or financial impact captured for reporting within Wave.
Wave Spark allows you to:
- Capture new ideas and initiatives for your program
- Record actions needed to accomplish initiatives
- Include attributes and descriptions for initiatives and actions
- Associate new or existing photos with initiatives or actions
